($23 / $7 tax included)

A portion of the event proceeds will go to benefit the Lubbock Meals on Wheels, Wounded Warrior Project and The Hope Lodge/American Cancer Society. The event will showcase Texas Wineries, live entertainment, art booths and a chef’s demo tent sponsored by Carino’s which will pair food with the perfect Texas wines for all occasions.

College ID and Military ID and over 55 will receive $2 off ticket purchases at the door only!

Admission for 21 and older will include:  Admission to the People’s Choice Grand Tasting including 13 taste (1/2oz size) taste at wineries of their choice, a souvenir glass, Live Music Entertainment all day with Tori Vasquez concert on Sat. night, cooking demos from Carino’s and Cigar Mini-Seminars from Heroes and Legacies!

Harvest Festival & Grape Crush 2010

Where: Cap*Rock Winery
Time: Noon – 6:00
Cost: $10 per person over 21.  Ticket price includes wine glass to take home & 2 wine drink tickets.  Ages 21 & under are admitted at no charge.

Come out to Cap*Rock Winery and celebrate the 2010 harvest season! This is a family friendly event and will include; food for sale from local caterers, wine, frozen wine slushies, live music, giveaways, bounce house, grape stomping and much more.

Cap*Rock Viognier 2008

Tasting Notes: This wine has a floral nose with strong honeysuckle accents. It has a slightly sweet taste on the pallet, but finishes dry. 

Pairings: It makes a nice pair with spicy food, but also is perfect for sipping by the pool.

Notes: This is the first wine produced in Texas labeled as “Made from organic grapes”

This is a single vineyard wine from Bingham Family Vineyards.

Release Date: June 2009
